This is one of those spots that you just don’t know about unless you’ve explored the PSU farmers market. Great Tang is hidden amongst the sea of tents and is an easy choice if you’re hungry. Among the mass amount of people walking around PSU Farmers market, this tent that serves unique Northern Chinese food, stands out amongst the crowd.

The smell emanating from their tent attracts the hungry people like zombies. We looked around and ended up picking Great Tang because we were feeling like eating Asian food. There are plenty of choices to eat around the PSU farmers market, but Asian food is definitely a minority amongst the food tents. Their Xian Bings are perfect for those cold days.

Crispy dough on the outside, and hot juicy meat filling on the inside. WARNING, its hot as F***.

They have a couple of flavors to choose from and we’d say, grab one of each! Our pro tip? Grab some soy sauce or maybe chili oil to flavor it up. It does seem a little bland without it but delicious none the less. Support local!
